Xentris LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Xentris”, “we”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our course websites (currently usa.xentris.tech and embudo-usa.vercel.app), why, whom we share it with, and your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and other US state privacy laws.

Market prices shown inside Trading Pro GPT come from Twelve Data. We do not share your personal information with Twelve Data.

5. Whom we share information with

Service providers under contract: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and our own contact database), Hostinger (our e-mail sending from hello@xentris.tech), Meta (WhatsApp messaging, only if you opted in), OpenAI (Trading Pro GPT platform — subject to OpenAI’s privacy policy), and the advertising platforms above. We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing with advertising platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “sharing” under the CPRA; you can opt out as described in Section 3.

6. Your rights (California and other states)

If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon or another state with a consumer privacy law, you have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. Use the opt-out in Section 3 (or send a Global Privacy Control signal); you may also e-mail hello@xentris.tech. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights and will respond within 45 days.

6A. Your rights in Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand

Lawful basis and purposes. We process your e-mail and name to send you the app link and the educational e-mails you opted into (consent, which you can withdraw with the unsubscribe link in every e-mail); your order data to deliver the course (contract); and pixel data for ads measurement only after you accept cookies where your law requires it (consent) or on the basis of our legitimate interest elsewhere.

Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time, by e-mailing hello@xentris.tech. We answer within 30 days (45 days in Australia and New Zealand where the law allows). You will not be charged and we will not treat you differently for exercising a right.

Where to complain. Canada: Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) and, in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information. United Kingdom: Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Australia: Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au). New Zealand: Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz). We would appreciate the chance to answer first.

Cookies and pixels. In the United Kingdom, Canada and the EU/EEA marketing pixels load only after you click “Accept” in our cookie banner; declining leaves only essential cookies. Elsewhere they load on your visit and you may opt out at any time as described in Section 3.

E-mail. We send commercial e-mail only with your express consent (CASL, PECR, Spam Act 2003, Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007). Every message identifies Xentris LLC, gives our postal address and contains a working unsubscribe link that we honour within 10 business days (usually immediately).

7. Data retention

We keep your data while we have a relationship with you and as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (generally up to 7 years for purchase records). Afterwards we delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children

Our services are directed to adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. International users

Our servers and providers (Vercel, Stripe, Hostinger, Meta) process data in the United States. If you access the Site from Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand or elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the US under the safeguards those providers offer (including standard contractual clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable). By using the Site you understand that US law may not provide the same protections as your own.
