1. Nothing here is a recommendation
Every chart, pattern, verdict, bias, prompt, AI response, lesson, video and post published by Xentris LLC is general educational information. It is not an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security, currency, cryptocurrency, commodity, derivative or other financial instrument, and it is not tailored to your objectives, financial situation or needs.
2. Who we are — and who we are not
Xentris LLC is a Delaware technology and education company. Xentris LLC is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, retail foreign-exchange dealer, registered investment adviser or commodity trading advisor, and is not registered with the SEC, CFTC, NFA or FINRA. We do not manage money, do not accept deposits, do not execute trades, do not provide trading signals, and do not refer you to any broker or exchange for compensation.
2A. Regulatory status outside the United States
Xentris LLC is not registered, licensed or authorised as a financial adviser, dealer, broker or investment firm anywhere. In particular: we are not registered with any Canadian provincial securities regulator (OSC, AMF, BCSC or other CSA members); we are not authorised or regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority, and nothing we publish is a financial promotion of any specific investment or cryptoasset; we do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence and do not give financial product advice within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001; we are not a licensed financial advice provider under New Zealand’s Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. Our course, app and GPT teach a general method of reading charts and checking your own rules. They never recommend a specific security, currency, cryptoasset or derivative, and their output about any instrument is an illustration of the method, not advice to buy, sell or hold.
3. AI output can be wrong
Trading Pro GPT and the AI read in the free app are generated by large language models from market data. They can be incomplete, delayed, outdated or simply wrong, and they may sound confident while being wrong. Candlestick patterns are probabilistic and frequently fail. Treat every AI output as a starting point for your own analysis, never as a decision.
4. Risk of loss
Trading foreign exchange, cryptocurrencies, stocks, futures, options, CFDs or any leveraged product carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for you. You can lose more than your initial deposit with leveraged products. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Past performance, real or simulated, is not indicative of future results. Hypothetical or illustrative examples on our pages and videos have not been executed and do not reflect actual trading.
5. Testimonials and examples
Any testimonial we publish comes from a real, consenting customer and reflects that person’s individual experience only; results vary and are not typical. We do not publish earnings claims or performance figures.
6. Third parties
Trading Pro GPT is a custom GPT available in ChatGPT, independently developed by Xentris LLC and not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by OpenAI. Market data is provided by Twelve Data; price data in the free app comes from public exchange APIs and may be delayed. Charts in the free app use TradingView charting technology. None of these companies endorses Xentris or reviews our content.
